Thank you for supporting us by purchasing items from The Rifleman's Museum.
All items posted out from the Museum Shop are sent by Second Class Royal Mail and take 3-5 working days for delivery once despatched. Please note that orders are despatched from the Museum once a week on a Friday.
Statuettes are sent directly from the suppliers and may take up to 28 days for delivery.
International deliveries
We send orders to our overseas customers, but please be aware of customs charges that may occur.
What should I do if my order isn't delivered?
If you are concerned that your order has not yet arrived, please call the Museum Office on 01962 828549 or email office@riflemansmuseum.co.uk
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
If an item is missing from your order, please contact the Museum Office on 01962 828549 between 10am and 4pm (Mon-Fri) or email office@riflemansmuseum.co.uk
Please let us know exactly what’s wrong with your order. Remember to include your order number and full name as this will help us speed up the search for your order details.
If you have bought something from the online shop and would like to return it, please contact the Museum Office and the Staff will be able to process the refunds in line with our standard policy.
We will do our best to ensure prompt refund payment, but there may be a delay, so we ask for your understanding.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and Consumer Rights. To read more about your consumer rights you can access the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 under section 9 of our Terms and Conditions.
We’re unable to accept returns for the following items:
- Perishable goods such as food
- Sealed audio or video recordings that have been unsealed after you receive them
- Earrings
What should I do if I've received a faulty or incorrect item in my order?
You can return a damaged, defective or incorrect item:
- If the item was damaged in transit or
- If the item is defective or
- If we sent you an item you did not order (an 'incorrect' item)
To arrange return of an item in these circumstances, please first contact the Museum office on 01962 828549 or email office@riflemansmuseum.co.uk, and let us know your name, your order number, and the issue with your order.
When returning the item to the Museum, please include the delivery note or a piece of paper with your name and order number.
