Book-Churchill's Forgotten Prisoners by Rupert Wieloch

Ten days after the Unknown Warrior was buried in the nave of Westminster Abbey in November 1920, a steam ship docked at Harwich bringing a group of sixteen gaunt British officers and soldiers home from Russia.  They had become the last British Army prisoners-of-war in World War One and although their story was covered briefly by the Media, it was quickly suppressed by the Government because Prime Minister Lloyd George was negotiating a trade deal with the Soviet Union and he did not wish to dwell on the part Britain played in the Russian Civil War.

Churchill's Abandoned Prisoners, written by Rupert Wieloch, covers the story of the British Military Mission to Siberia and how those sixteen soldiers were eventually released from a Moscow prison.
